Lora Volden: Thank you for your patience at UAA One Stop

We are seeing more and more students (and their friends and family) at the University Center.  Students come here to ask questions about financial aid, register for class, check status of their admissions, pay a bill, dispute a bill, check VA status, get their wolf card, etc, etc.  As you can imagine at times the line can get quite long and frustration can run high. 

My favorite story from today is a student who was pretty frustrated by the time they got to the front of the line and let off some “steam” at the staff member working the desk.  Not long after they left the same student came back and stood again in the long line just to apologize!  We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time.
